1. Services and Jurisdiction

1.1 The Service

Office Attendance provides real-time attendance tracking, selfie-punching with GPS, leave management, and automated reporting services for organizations.

1.2 Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh.

2. User Registration and Security

2.1 Account Responsibility

To use the system, organizations must register an Attendance ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (ID and Password).

2.2 Authorized Access

Users must ensure that only authorized HR personnel or administrators have access to employee data. Office Attendance is not liable for data leaks resulting from weak password management or unauthorized sharing of login tokens.

3. Data Privacy and Biometrics

3.1 Biometric Data

If you use our system in integration with biometric devices, you acknowledge that Office Attendance acts as a data processor. The responsibility for obtaining consent from employees to collect fingerprint or facial data lies solely with the employer (The Client).

3.2 Geo-Location

Our Selfie Punch feature uses GPS technology to verify location. By enabling this, you represent that you have notified your employees of this tracking for official purposes.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Billing

Access to premium reports and mobile-ready features is subject to the payment of subscription fees as per the chosen plan.

4.2 Taxes

All fees are subject to applicable GST as per the regulations in Andhra Pradesh and the Government of India.

4.3 Refunds

Payments made for monthly or annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Service may be suspended if payments are not cleared by the due date.

5. Prohibited Use

Users shall not:

• Attempt to bypass security protocols (CSRF protection, encryption, or tokens).
• Use the system to track individuals without their professional consent.
• Reverse-engineer the Android or Web Integrated platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 System Uptime

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Office Attendance shall not be liable for any loss of data or productivity due to temporary server downtimes, internet connectivity issues at the user's end, or cloud service interruptions.

6.2 Accuracy

The system provides reports based on punches received. We are not responsible for buddy punching or manual errors made by employees during the login process.

7. Modifications to Terms

Office Attendance reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the registered email: revathirao1999@gmail.com. Continued use of the portal after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms and Conditions.
